DetailNear.me is a directory platform connecting customers with mobile car wash businesses. We do not provide car wash services directly. All transactions and agreements are strictly between customers and washers.
By listing your business, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the content of your listing. DetailNear.me reserves the right to remove listings that contain false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
Free listings are available to all registered washers. Pro and Elite plans are subscription-based with monthly or annual billing. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Customers may leave reviews for washers they have used. Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences. DetailNear.me reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate our community guidelines.
You may not use DetailNear.me to post false information, spam other users, scrape data, or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms the platform or its users.
DetailNear.me is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes between customers and washers, service quality, or data loss.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
